I'm James CrossFit Games Semi Finalist and CrossFit coach for 5 years.

 

I have been obsessively coaching and competing in the health and fitness industry for over 8 years, working with a very diverse client base, from beginners to aspiring elite athletes.

This experience allows me to bring a unique athlete-coach perspective to all my clients.

My love of CrossFit and dedication for coaching and programming for the sport is addictive, especially when seeing my clients results.
