I'm James and have been obsessively coaching and competing in the health and fitness industry for over 5 years, working with a very diverse client base, from beginners to aspiring elite athletes.

I have various coaching certifications, including CrossFit. This experience allows me to bring a unique athlete-coach perspective to all my clients.

My love of CrossFit and dedication for coaching and programming for the sport is addictive, especially when seeing my clients results.

 

PRGRS Fitness offers in-person and online personalised 1:1 coaching and semi bespoke programming.
